Returns

Returns are accepted. Please let me know within 14 days after receiving your order that you would like to return items. Contact us via e-mail (info@anothercosyshop.com). You can download a return form here

Ship the items back, please provide tracking on any method used for return shipping.
Upon receiving the returned item(s) in its original new and unused condition, you will be refunded your purchase.  

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

Damaged item:
If your item should arrive damaged, in spite of careful packing, please contact me. I would then like to obtain pictures of the damaged item AND packaging materials. 
If it's something I can remake, I will do so. The recipient will however be charged for the new shipping costs. Otherwise you will be refunded

Lost item:
Postnl does not class post as 'lost' until 25 working days (approx. 5 weeks) after the expected delivery date. This means I cannot start the process of claiming until approx.  8 weeks after I have shipped your order.
Please contact me if you haven't received your order has a delay from the expected delivery time for more then 8 weeks; you'll be offered a replacement or a refund.

I will offer no refund if the provided shipping address is incorrect.
