Returns

I accept returns for any reason. Please let me know within 14 days of you receiving your item that it is not going to work out for you via e-mail  (info@anothercosyshop.com) or using this form.

Please provide tracking on any method used for return shipping. Upon my receiving the returned item in its original new and unused condition, you will be refunded your purchase price, through your original payment method. 

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds

Damaged item:
If your item should arrive damaged, in spite of careful packing, please contact me. I would then like to obtain pictures of the damaged item AND packaging materials. 
If it's something I can remake, I will do so. The recipient will however be charged for the new shipping costs. Otherwise you will be refunded

Lost item:
Postnl does not class post as 'lost' until 25 working days (approx 5 weeks) after the expected delivery date. This means I cannot start to process a claim until approx 8 weeks after I have posted.
Please contact me if you haven't received your order after 8 weeks, you'll be offered a replacement or a refund.

I will offer no refund if the provided shipping address is incorrect.
